Welcome to The San Antonio Metra Area Chapter of NARPM!!
The San Antonio Chapter of NARPM was started in 1996 with a handful of members and in just 15 short years has grown to over 140 members. San Antonio Property Management is growing by leaps and bounds.
In 2011 NARPM San Antonio Metropolitan Area Chapter is continuing to provide the absolute best information and support for individuals and organizations involved in our exciting industry. Please review the upcoming events, educational opportunities and office socials. You will want to attend each and every one. 2011 FOCUS
Our Chapter focus this year is to repeat as the NARPM Chapter of the Year! It will take every chapter member’s and affiliate’s participation to secure this objective. There are many ways to assist. Here’s just a few suggestions
Attend the local, state, regional and national events. Each time you do you win points toward our goal.
Sign up for a national or local committee. Click Here to see an overview of the local opportunities and visit NARPM.ORG to join a national committee.
Our chapter receives points when you begin your journey toward a NARPM designation and when you earn it. Visit the national website to learn more about these opportunities.
Recruit new chapter members and affiliates. We’ll need many more to achieve our goal and what a great resource when we have a much more complete list of vendors we know and use.
Write and submit an article for publication in our national magazine, “The Residential Resource”.
When you have data to report to our Chapter Excellence committee please send it to Celine Cantwell at ccantwell@homelocatorsrealty.com or Keith Miller at keith@mhnproperties.com or you can fax it to (210) 525-8811. Remember, we need to receive it prior to July 1, 2011!
I’m sure we will achieve our goal. All we need to do is have what Reba McEntire sings about, “You gotta have a little want to”. I think we all do!
