Welcome to the Spring Hill
Chapter of NARPM!
The Spring Hill Chapter of NARPM has been in existence for over ten years and is steadily showing progress in growing within the community. We currently service the Hernando, Pasco and Citrus counties of Florida.
We are all dedicated Property Managers with many years of experience behind us. Our meetings are held every other month in Spring Hill at Kally K,s Restaurant, U.S. Hwy 19, Spring Hill, Florida. Each meeting features a guest speaker on subject of interest to its members.
We currently have three members who hold National certification as Professional Property Managers with several others in the process of obtaining this designation. Our organization is open to all property managers who wish to join or attend. Each and every year we feature Travel Raffle, Garage Sales, and many fun events to raise money for various charities in our area. If you are interested in attending a meeting, joining our organization, or need more information about our Property Management, please contact one of our members.
The mission of the Spring Hill Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers is to support and promote the work and professionalism of Realtors, property managers and businesses affiliated with the property management industry: to share information on the local, state and national levels of the association, to advocate views of the industry to governing bodies, and to advance the standards of the industry.
